The mission of the PCC Mariano Luiz Tardelli began

The Jesuit Missions and the emissaries of the PCC.

Mariano Luiz Tardelli was a leader of the PCC and the community of El Naranjo in Santana de Chiquitos in Bolivia, and it was this man who was arrested, but what will this really mean for the future of the First Command of the Bolivian Capital and Penitentiary System?

When he arrived in El Naranjo he did not try to be didactic or pedagogical in the indoctrination of the community, he was only there, he heard what they said and he helped what was needed, not wanting to impose anything, without taking a position of rupture of the local culture that could be classified as Ideological or revolutionary invasion.

Mariano did not wonder whether those people were good or bad, if the people of that community were the result of Western civilization or of the “men of nature” with their ideological presupposition of the “good savage.” No, Mariano only made friends, and helped those who asked.

In the veins of the PCCs runs the blood of the old Bandeirantes that using of unequal violence eliminated the peoples of the “Seven Missions”. After 250 years the blood of the missionary communities still flow from the hands of all Paulistas, but the lesson was learned and today the flags of São Paulo are given in a peaceful way.

The “First Command of the Capital” when arriving in Bolivia did not impose itself, made available to the needy people, and Mariano happened to be considered “the godfather” of the community. The Bolivian Government Minister, Carlos Romero, declared that the CCP was “protected by the local inhabitants, I would say throughout the community.”

Just as the catechized Indians of the missions in the past protected the Jesuits from the violence of the ancestors of the CCPs, the Bandeirantes of São Paulo.

This single cell of the First Command of the Capital is attributed almost 60 assaults to banks and strong cars on both sides of the border, as well as participation in the international scheme of trafficking in arms and drugs, and to disrupt the group the Bolivian government mobilized more than Thousand police and military agents.

Victory for the Bolivian government that put inside its grids one of the leaders of the PCC and several of the members of the faction.

The Red Command was born and developed when the government placed political prisoners mixed with the common prisoners in Rio de Janeiro. The First Command of the Capital was born and was developed later the government mixed Pauline prisoners with those of the Comando Vermelho faction. Now the Bolivian government takes into its

Mariano Luiz Tardelli and his cronies will not try to be didactic or pedagogical in the indoctrination of the Bolivian prison community, they were only taken there, where they will hear what the prisoners say and will help them in whatever they need, without wanting to impose themselves, without taking a position of Rupture of the local culture that can be classified as an ideological or revolutionary invasion, but will be more of a missionary seed of the São Paulo faction.

In the veins of the PCCs runs the blood of the old Bandeirantes who did not forget how he uses unparalleled violence to eliminate his enemies. After 250 years of the massacre of the Jesuit missions, the lesson is still remembered and today the flags of São Paulo are infiltrated peacefully, be it in the community of de Naranjo in Santana de Chiquitos, or in the Bolivian Carcerary System.
