Mariano Luiz Tardelli was a leader of the PCC and the community of El Naranjo in Santana de Chiquitos in Bolivia, and it was this man who was arrested, but what will this really mean for the future of the First Command of the Bolivian Capital and Penitentiary System?

After 250 years the blood of the missionary communities still flow from the hands of all Paulistas, but the lesson was learned and today the flags of São Paulo are given in a peaceful way.
The “First Command of the Capital” when arriving in Bolivia did not impose itself, made available to the needy people, and Mariano happened to be considered “the godfather” of the community. The Bolivian Government Minister, Carlos Romero, declared that the CCP was “protected by the local inhabitants, I would say throughout the community.”

This single cell of the First Command of the Capital is attributed almost 60 assaults to banks and strong cars on both sides of the border, as well as participation in the international scheme of trafficking in arms and drugs, and to disrupt the group the Bolivian government mobilized more than Thousand police and military agents.
